We are a friendly and welcoming group of artists who share a passion for creativity, learning and artistic expression. Whether you are an experienced painter, a complete beginner or simply looking to rediscover your artistic side, you will find encouragement, inspiration and friendship within our club.

Our Meetings

We meet most Monday evenings from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Bonnyton Community Centre, Kilmarnock. Members work on their own projects, exchange ideas and support one another in developing their skills.

Alongside our regular painting sessions, we have 5 or 6 demonstrations by other artists which are always interesting and fun.

Benefits of Membership and Fees

At Kilmarnock Art Club, every new member is warmly welcomed. Our club provides a friendly and supportive environment where artists of all abilities can develop their skills, share ideas and enjoy the company of fellow creatives.

Members learn from one another through conversation, encouragement and the exchange of techniques and experiences. We believe that every artist brings something unique to the club and all artwork is respected and appreciated. There is no judgement - just a shared enjoyment of art, creativity and good company.

Membership runs from September through to May each year and includes access to regular club nights, demonstrations by professional artists and exhibition opportunities.

Annual Membership Fees

• Adults: £40

• Students: £10

• Under 18s (accompanied by an adult): Free

Whether you’re an experienced artist or picking up a brush again for the fist time or after many years, you’ll find a warm welcome at Kilmarnock Art Club.

You’ll have the opportunity to meet our members, see the club in action and enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Whether you’re an experienced artist, haven’t painted for years or just want to give art a go, you’ll be made very welcome.
